Connect to Wi-Fi

The recommended network for staff and students at the University of Montpellier is “eduroam.” This network is encrypted and therefore offers a higher level of data protection.

Once your device is set up, you'll be able to use the eduroam network at all other partner institutions participating in the project worldwide, without any additional setup.

To log in:

  • Username: your full university email address.
  • Password: the one for your digital learning environment.

There is no Wi-Fi access available. To access the Internet, you must use a public computer and request that a specific account be created for you the first time you use it (see the “Using a Public Computer” section).

Using a public computer

Log in using your ENT credentials on the computers provided for your use in the university libraries.

Request a free account to receive your login credentials. Once approved, this account will give you access to all public computers in UM’s university libraries for one year. At the end of this period, you can request a renewal.
