Training and Support
The University of Montpellier’s Joint Documentation Service (SCD) designs and facilitates training sessions, workshops, personalized consultations, and self-study resources for the entire university community. These services are free, available year-round, and offered in-person, online, or as self-service options; they cover all the information literacy skills you need for your studies, teaching, or research.
Who are our services intended for?
The SCD supports all members of the University of Montpellier community in their use of library and information resources. Our training programs are designed for
- to students enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, as well as in university diplomas (DU) and inter-university diplomas (DIU) in health sciences,
- to doctoral students enrolled in the UM Doctoral College,
- to medical and pharmacy residents preparing their final thesis,
- to the University’s faculty, faculty researchers, researchers, and administrative and technical staff.
