Request a discharge

What is the purpose of a discharge?

A clearance certificate is required to finalize your transfer application to another university. It certifies that:

you no longer have any materials to return;
There are currently no penalties pending with the BU network.

How do you apply for a discharge?

You can request that your discharge certificate be issued automatically.

If your ENT login credentials are no longer valid, please submit a request for account closure by entering your date of birth via the clearance request form.

This document certifies that you have no outstanding materials to return and that there are no outstanding fines with the university library system. It is required to complete the transfer process to another university.

If you are still a student at the University of Montpellier, request your certificate of completion online. If you are no longer a student and your ENT login credentials are no longer valid, use the certificate of completion request form and enter your date of birth.

If your ENT login credentials are no longer valid, you can request new ones by filling out the designated form and entering your date of birth. If you encounter any difficulties, you can also visit the library or contact the online service.
