- This service is available to all registered users: please present your student ID, professional ID, or library card.
- Items can be checked out at the library service desk during regular business hours.
- Most materials can be checked out on-site for a day; some can be checked out to take home under the same conditions as books.

Delays, loss, and damage

1 day late = 1-day suspension of borrowing privileges at all libraries in the network
Loss or damage to equipment
You are responsible for any materials you borrow. Any materials that are lost, stolen, or damaged must be replaced.

Most items can be borrowed on-site for a single day. For home use, calculators can be borrowed for 24 hours and portable DVD players for 21 days, under the same conditions as books. Loans of small items cannot be renewed.
The libraries lend noise-canceling headphones on-site on a daily basis at the Science Library, the Richter Library, the Pharmacy Library, the Medicine-UPM Library, and the Medicine-Nîmes Library. Headphones are also available at these same libraries.
